The Foundry Shoes are easy! They are comfortable enough to wear everyday and their modern aesthetic is unique so that you will feel well put together when you wear them. They are easy to slip on with a tongueless opening and they are easy to walk in with a mid height 3.5 cm heel. They have easy wraparound laces that look pretty cool too.
They fit easily!!! - as they are made on my most popular last, the 'Luxford’ Last, which is 'C' width to avoid unnecessary strangulation of your feet ;) And if you have bunions, they are perfect because there are no seams to rub the sides of your feet
They easily accommodate diverse heel shapes as they are a little higher at the back ankle which holds your feet nicely in place (no more heel slip) as you walk.
All this paired with the Foundry’s unique pleated toe, means the Foundry is easily a must-have everyday shoe for your wardrobe.
In white crack leather you will create your own story, as you wear your shoes the leather will age and areas of black will show through creating a unique and edgy look, see photos.
Hi I’m Karen Booker and I made these amazingly easy and super styley Foundry Shoes
I designed them, drafted a pattern, cut out, sewed and crafted a prototype, tested and then retested the prototypes and then sent a sample to Vietnam where they were crafted. Many hours of R&D have gone into the making of these shoes so that they are just right, so that you feel comfortable, elegant and unique when you slip them on.
